A little bit about me…

My name is Eileen and I’m a registered nurse of 15 years and independent nurse prescriber. I work in a clinic in Greenock and Glasgow. I have been practicing aesthetics now for four years which I now do full time. I absolutely love my job and it makes me happy to make other people happy!

I know when you come in to the clinic that you will be nervous and unsure about what to expect. I’m here to reassure you and guide you. Consultations are free and it gives us a chance to chat and discuss your goals.

Skin health comes first..

When you come for a Skin consultation you will be given a skin analysis. Why? Because often people don’t know what’s actually going on with their skin. They may think their skin is dry or have constant irritation but it may be that your skin barrier is damaged. The skin analysis machine will look at your skin in-depth. It takes different pictures with different lights looking at superficial layers and the deep layers of your skin. It will look at hydration, skin barrier, collagen, pigmentation, oil and even acne. All the things that are hidden that we don’t see!!

It then gives me a better indication of what products and treatments are best for your skin. This also prevents you from having treatments or using skincare products that might either not work for you or cause more damage.

I believe skin health is vital. Yes fillers and anti wrinkle will replace volume loss and smooth out lines on movement but they won’t repair damaged skin. To get the most out of any injectable treatments it important to repair and look after the skin in between. I use medical grade skincare (Zo Skin health) alongside my facials and skin treatments. I am able to provide at home skincare products also which I like to call “Homework”

Good skin doesn’t happen overnight and it will be a journey which will be worth it. I will provide you with a tailored treatment plan which can be done over time. When my patients start to see the difference I can see the change in confidence which makes me happy.

Sculptra

Sculptra is a bio-stimulator that is injected with a cannula. It stimulates collagen and elastin over a period of time, creating volume. It lasts around 2 years.

Memberships.
