When you book an appointment there is a £30 non refundable deposit. This is to secure your appointment or consultation. The deposit can be used towards your treatment.

You are able to reschedule your appointment 48hrs before and deposit will be transferred to next appointment. If you cancel or reschedule later than 48 hours your deposit will be lost unless it’s an emergency. I really understand that things come up however I am liable for paying for room fee if you do not show up.

Anti wrinkle top ups and reviews - You are able to come in 2-3 weeks at the latest for a complimentary top up of your anti wrinkle injections. If you cant make it within that time frame I allow a top up at 4 weeks after your treatment with a £50 fee. This is because it can not be done after this time due to the effects of the treatment.

I offer Zo skin health products in clinic. There is a NO return policy because they are prescription only products and can not be used for anyone else. You will be given a skin consultation to ensure that products you receive are suitable for you. Zo skin health products are sourced from registered pharmacies and are sold at RRP from Zo themselves. You may find products cheaper sold online however they may not be genuine products and also it is not permitted to be sold online as they require a face to face consultation and assessment of the skin before you purchase which buying from a online source will not be given. This is to ensure the products you receive are suitable for your skin and genuine products. A consent and aftercare form will be given to you before you can buy any products in clinic.
